The boxes are a bit damaged but inside they are fine. This is the second time I order. They work very well. I hope these ones do too. I'll let you know when I try them.

This brush is super cute, it emits a very subtle steam that perfectly helps prevent the hair from falling everywhere, and I feel like it gives the dogs the sensation as if their mom is bathing them. And that is nice. The item looks of good quality, seals its water tank well and is not noisy at all. In my case, it stopped turning on when the water tank ran out, but then it turned on again. It's very pretty and I thought it was an excellent idea to have put that vapor to prevent the hair from flying everywhere. I don't think it's too easy to clean because I suppose you have to be careful not to get it wet, but it seems like a very good item to me. The bristles are not as soft as they seem; they are almost completely rigid. But even so, being thick, they do not harm the sensitive skin of the puppies, like the bristles that are super thin wires. In the case of my dog, she did not show sensitivity. I think this is a highly recommended item.

It is cold steam, like a diffuser, not hot or warm, the brush bristles are firm and soft. Just need to remove the fur from the brush because it blocks the diffuser and the steam doesn't come out.
